CC

In email sending CC is the abbreviation for carbon copy. Just like


physical carbon copy, CC is an easy way to send copies of an email to
other people. For example you use cc when you want to copy others
publicly.
PURPOSE
The primary purpose of the “Cc” field is to keep someone in the loop,
even if a message doesn't directly concern them. Recipients are not
expected to take action or respond to the email, but they can if they
want to.

BCC
BCC stands for blind carbon copy. Just like CC ,BCC send copies of
email to other people. The difference between is that the copies send
by CC can be see by other people but in BCC the copies you send
cannot be seen by other people.

PURPOSE
For security and privacy reasons, it is best to use the Blind Carbon
Copy (BCC) feature when sending an email message to a large
number of people.

Difference between directive and persuasion memo
Directive memo

 A directive memo states a set of instructions or directions for the
reader to follow. Directive memos are also used when a change in
policy or something of the like happens in the workplace.
EXAMPLE
A directive is defined as an order or an official instruction. When your
boss orders you to call a client, this is an example of a directive. An
order or instruction, especially one issued by an authority.
PERSUASION MEMORANDOM
A persuasive memo asks you to persuade someone of something. It
contains components of both an objective memorandum (as the
format is similar) and a persuasive brief (as the tone is similar).
EXAMPLE
A teenager attempting to convince her parents that she needs to be
able to stay out until 11pm instead of 10pm

Difference between letter and Email

 Reach target audiences that don't have email.

 Have a tangible physical 'presence' that will hold attention for
longer.
 People often keep letters for months, while emails are
processed and forgotten immediately.
 E-mails transmit immediately. Letters take days to get there.
 If an e-mail doesn’t go through, you are quickly
notified. Letters must be returned to you a week or
more later.

Structure of Email
The general format of an email address is local-part@domain, and a
specific example is jsmith@example.com. Thus, an address consists
