she was recently sent to the United States to participate in the world championship competition in the online

YOHAN: Wow, Mr. Oliver, that was quite an introduction for us.

JELOMEE: I totally agree.

FIONA: Well, we are very grateful to be here in your show Mr. Oliver, and it’s a pleasure to give some advice
and motivation to our fellow students.

OLIVER: Well, thank you, the pleasure is all mine.

:Let’s give them a round of a applause everyone.

(Cheering of the audience)

: Now with their guidance, we can definitely say that no more stress and no more failing grades.

: But before that, let us watch this.

(Video of Nathaniel)

POV of doing something like playing ml, computers or sleeping and others.

NATHANIEL: Hello everyone, I am Nathaniel Pinaga, also a student who wants to experience life. I simply want
to be relaxed and just live a free and happy life. I want to play computer or online games and be free to do
what I want. But sometimes, I also think about what my future holds. I want to study, but I also want to be free.

OLIVER: So, they are one of the students who we can say that lost their willingness to pursue their passion. It is
disheartening to know that some students lost their interest due to the stress that paperwork costs, family
conflicts, and financial problems. Ms. Jelomee, what can you said regarding this situation?

JELOMEE: Well, first of all, I want to greet all the viewers and listeners of Let’s Talk. It’s a great honor and
privileged to be here.

(Cheering of the audience)

OLIVER: We also thank you, Ms. Jelomee, for accepting our invitation even though your competition is near.
We wish you good luck!

JELOMEE: Awh thank you, I am also happy to give some advice to all of the people who are listening.

(Cheering of the audience)

: Well, regarding that situation, I like the way Mr. Nathaniel viewed life because that is also I want to live
my life. I believe that we should live a happy and memorable life. And that’s what I am aiming for. I would like
to say that every student such as me must definitely take a break for a while. Stressing yourself with all your
homework is not good for you, that is why we should take a break. Right?

OLIVER: Definitely, cause even you, me, and you Ms. Jelomee, right? We also need to take a break.

JELOMEE: Exactly, because even I should take a break. I am participating in a coming soon competition, but I
do not stress myself and starve myself, so I always take a break. We need to mellow out at some point. We
have to give ourselves a time out.

OLIVER: Correct, we should not burden and strained ourselves from our works, am I right Ms. Jelomme?

JELOMEE: Yes, you are indeed correct Mr. Oliver.

OLIVER: How about you Ms. Liaban. Do you also agree with Ms. Jelomee?

KRISTINE: Absolutely, we are all human beings, and at some point, we know that we are exhausted.

OLIVER: But as a Dramatist or artist rather, is there something that your coach or even yourself, do you have
any things that you prohibited to do while doing your work or study.

KRISTINE: Oh yes, there is! Especially when I’m studying. My mother and coach would confiscate my cell
phone because they said that I should be focused.
OLIVER: Well, what a coincidence Ms. Liaban. We do have the same type of mother.

KRISTINE: HAHAHA, is that so? But we cannot escape the fact that they do have a reason and a point in doing
such things.

OLIVER: Well, can you elaborate it Ms. Liaban, for the sake of our audience?

KRISTINE: I would love to. Just like those two students mention in their cases above, they cannot concentrate
on their school works because of the usage of the technology

OLIVER: Especially the social media, am I correct Ms. Liaban?

KRISTINE: Especially the Social Media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other. And do you know what
app attracted students to lose their focus?

OLIVER: What is it Ms Liaban? Titok?

KRISTINE: Messenger! (Laughing) Like you know the feeling of waiting for a message from your crush, instead
of doing some of your homework.

: Don’t deny it, everyone knows about that. But with that being said, we should stay away or take our
focus away on our phones when in times of our working hours.

OLIVER: But what if we need our phones in our work Ms. Liban? Like for Google search and others?

KRISTINE: If that is the reason, then you may. But if it's possible, you should restrain yourself from using
gadgets while doing your homework.

OLIVER: Ohh, with that being said, how will Ms. Yuri, a student who is very committed to her technology
devices would respond? Do you agree with her, Ms. Euri?

YURI: Well, I cannot say that I fully agree with her, but I didn’t also say that I’m totally against her.

OLIVER: So, are you saying that she is correct?

YURI: Well, I can say that she has a point. Because for me, it all depends on your time management. And take
note, we are very much obligated to have and arrange our time management. Because base on my self-
experience, time management is an indispensable thing for human beings, and that is why it very important
that we must do and have time management.

OLIVER: Well, Ms. Euri, can you give some of your pieces of advice on how to arrange and do our own time
management? Because if we will see it in your way, you are a professional gamer, and yet you need to attend
your class, is that correct?

YURI: Well, very well indeed.

(POV of Yuri doing some house hold chores, studying and playing Valorant.)

: Well, in my condition, I have to do my household chores in the morning as well as I need to focus on
my study. But just like Ms. Jelomee said, we have to take a break at some point. And that is why I work myself
out doing my responsibilities as a student in the whole morning and afternoon. But when the evening comes, it
is time for my self-satisfaction wherein I play some online games.
YURI: And that's how I do my time management. But remember that we have our own time, and it is up to us
how to manage our time. And just like I have said, we have to manage our time appropriately.

OLIVER: Very well said Ms. Euri. But to all our viewers, don’t change your channel because coming up next is
guidance from our two running Valedictorians. So stay tuned only here in Let's Talk.

(Commercial)

OLIVER: And your back to the number 1 television and radio show that gives you more information, more
ideas, more opinions, more, and more here in Let's Talk. But before we go on further, let’s watch this.

(Video of Sarmiento)

POV of doing something like playing ml, computers or sleeping and others.

SARMIENTO: Hello everyone, I am Rhyanne Joseph Sarmiento, a student. I enjoy studying, but at some point, I
lost that inspiration and my burning passion for pursuing my dreams. Maybe because of the stress and anxiety
that studying brought to me? I’m not really sure. And now, I don’t know where I’m heading.

OLIVER: Now, regarding our students who suffer from this type of problem, what is your advice for them, Mr.
Chrysler?

CHRYSLER: Well, first of all, a very good day to all of us. And I am also thankful for giving me a chance to share
some tips or advice with your viewers.

OLIVER: It is also an honor to have you in our show Mr. Chrysler.

CHRYSLER: Well, thank you. In regards to the situations of some students, I have observed that plenty of them
are stressing, and burdening themselves in lots of school works and projects. After finishing one task, they
continue to undergo pressuring themselves. Which is I think is bad, not only for our physical health but also for
our mental stability. That is why I strongly suggest taking a breath and ought yourself to have a self-time. You
should give yourself a reward. You also must properly take care of your body because nothing is more precious
than your health.

OLIVER: Correct, but Mr. Chrysler. If I may, how do you suggest, or what are your suggestions in regards to
rewarding ourselves.

CHRYSLER: By simply doing the things you love the most.

(POV of CHRYSLER doing or showing some of his work, photography and artistry.)

: You should be more honest to yourself and give yourself a chance to be free, and of course, do what
you loved to do. There is nothing wrong with obligating yourself in doing such works or school works, but you
must also remember that you should take time for yourself, and you have to take time for yourself.

OLIVER: Well, thank you Mr. Chrysler. From now on, we also should keep in our minds the things you have
said.

: How about you, Ms. Fiona? Do you also agree with Mr. Chrysler?

FIONA: I certainly am. I also wanted to add that make study time a part of our daily routine. What you do every
day is more important than what you occasionally do, so make time for studying every single day, with or
without exams coming up. Consistency is key to good study habits, so make it a routine that you will be able to
maintain throughout the school year. Also include aromatherapy and music when studying. Music improves
brain function and can help you focus. Aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant
extracts. Smelling lavender may calm and center yourself, but for focus, sandalwood and frankincense have
shown much more promising results in most studies. Lastly, try to learn and not just memorize and remember,
keep it simple.

OLIVER: Well, there you have it folks. The students have spoken. We hope that you have learned from this
session. See you in our next episode – I am Oliver Mata your host nd you are watching the number 1 television
and radio show that gives you more information, more ideas, more opinions, more, more, and more only here
here in Let’s Talk.
