Mr. Tantillo,
I’m sure you already have this but I attached the docket report for this case. We do not have access to the docket
entries outside of what is accessible through Pacer or ECF. I once asked a court civil case manager why the cases having
missing docket entries and he told me that the missing ECF entries are notes from the court and will not be accessible to
anyone outside the court. The majority of our qui tam cases have missing entries; some more/less than others. It
varies from judge to judge.

Brent,
Taking a look at our network file, we are missing a number of ECFs as well. I’m copying our paralegal, Regina
Hughes. She may have some insight on the missing items. As I understand, sometimes the clerk will enter a note and
assign an ECF number but it may not appear on the docket. For the most part it is inconsequential, although I haven’t
looked at this case particularly.

Dear Ms. Warren & Ms. Trapp,
I hope this message finds you well, and enjoying your summer. I recently filed a Notice of Appearance in SCHNEIDER v.
JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION et al, case number 1:14‐cv‐01047‐RMC, a case transferred to the
U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia from a matter you were handling in the District of South Carolina, with
case number 3:13‐cv‐01223‐JFA. I was reviewing the docket sheet and noticed a large number of missing docket entries,
and was hoping you might be able to fill in the gaps for my records? As a former AUSA in the Southern District of
Florida, I never came across so many missing or sealed entries in any of my cases. We have asked prior counsel to assist,
but haven't had much luck. One of the clerks of the court was kind enough to provide missing docket entry 23, Judge
Anderson's order regarding qui tam cases, which is attached.
I would really appreciate your help deciphering this, as I would like to have a complete record as we proceed.
Thanks for your kind attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Brent Tantillo
