Thanks to you and your colleagues for the time you took today for discussion. I hope it was helpful and
that you will let me know if there is anything further that we can provide.

I am attaching two documents prepared by CFTC staff as technical assistance to your legislative efforts.
The first relates to aggregate position limits, and the second relates to segregation of assets. Each document
includes explanatory notes. Of course, if you have any further questions in their regard I will be glad to enlist
Commission staff to address them. Staff continues to work on a document that addresses timetable issues as we
discussed. I will get that to you as soon as it is available.
