The attached document consists ofCFTC Staff Technical assistance regarding implementation and
effective dates. It generally tracks the order of provisions in the blue-covered comparative print. You will see
that we did address the securities-side provisions as well to have a complete presentation, but we certainly would
defer to SEC input on those issues.
