In case you are interested, and just to keep you apprised, I am sending the attached document which was
prepared by CFTC staff as technical assistance. It is responsive to the letter recently sent by Chairman Frank
(~1i~kJ}_~!:~ for Committee release) to Chairman Gensler. It has been provided to staff of the House Financial
Services, and was subsequently shared with staff of House Agriculture. It includes draft legislative text in 3
