The attached document includes technical amendments to the Dodd-Lincoln substitute and are provided as
CFTC Staff Technical Assistance. Commission staff continuesto review lists of technical amendments sent to us
earlier. Staff has identified one change on the list Cory provided. On item 45, page 586, line 3, the insertion
should be "section (2)(h)(8)(A)."
45. On page 586, line 3, strike "paragraph (1)" and insert "section 2(h)(8)(BA) of the Commodity
Exchange Act".
