Print 3.19.10.docx

Hey Julie-

The attached document includes CFTC stafftechnical comments regarding the Committee Print released
on March 15. It has 24 number items, a brief description for each, and either suggested language changes or the
offer to resend (in the case of particular lengthy ones) if you are interested. Largely, these are issues that we have
addressed before but updated to fit the new language in case modifications to relevant provisions are desired.

I am aware that in some cases (such as FX swaps) you have responded to us that you are deferring to the
Ag Committee. CFTC staff commentary is included even so in the interest of completeness.

If you have any questions, please let me know. As always, thanks for your willingness to consider the
comments of the CFTC staff.

John
