An action plan for robin hood:

Strengths: - (S)
• Clearly defined mission “Rob from the rich & give to the poor”

• A strong number of fighting men.

• Clearly defined roles of the members (hierarchy)

• Goodwill of Merrymen among the local villages.

• Strong values of leadership of Robin hood.

Weakness (W)
• The drop in people coming to the forest

• Development being decreased people are playing games

• Scarcity of food for the people being there

• Spies of sheriff and john.

Opportunities (O)
• Hiring people without analyzing

• Try to join the baron in band against prince john because the prince john has constant fear of the
barons, who had first given him the regency

• Farmers and townspeople are showing interest to join in the band movement

• The band have experienced soldiers and fighters with their different abilities and skills

• Travelers were believing their goods are safeguard under the security of robin hood band.

Threats (T)
• The sheriff was growing stronger and becoming better organized

• The sheriff used his political connections to obtain reinforcement. He had powerful friends at court
and was well regarded by the regent, prince john.

• Sheriff have adequate financial stability

• In sheriff band there was a better and organized fighter that is competition to robin hood

• Robin had fewer allies to help bring down the sheriff plans
SO
• With the building manpower making changes in geological locations and looting people in new
places

• Robin hood taking risk of killing sheriff

• Collecting information from their supporter helps to form respective structure based on their
need.

WO
• Implement transit tax to offset the strain on finances.

• who are not part of the raids can be divided into search parties for foraging materials required for
day to day needs.

ST
• Overwhelming & killing the sheriff and his guard’s with a coordinated ambush attack.

• Sending assassins to blend into towns people and kill the sheriff during a tax collection visit.

• Dividing men into different search parties to find new game in nearby forests.

WT
• An alternative route that makes them decline revenues by increasing the manpower hold in this
arena may raise them.

• As Sheriff troops becoming stronger that’s makes them take vulnerable decisions and demolish
opposition taking the risk for robin hood might help.
