1. what school activities do you feel anxious or worried about how did you cope up with the feeling
?
-I always anxious in our impromptu speaking, its like our activity in our English class. I cope up with it
when I’m practicing infront of my friends or infront of the mirror and also because we’re always
doing the activity I got used to it.
2. How does stress affect your studies?
-It’s bad because I always overthink that lead me to not able to focus
3. what are the causes of stress? Discuss them freely
-stress me because weather academic worries, how they can get ahead of school in times of covid
pandemic comment looking after in taking care of their younger siblings, household chores, their
friends, family conflict, Facebook and online concerns, how they look physically, bullying,
discrimination, some financial and economic issues in the family, conformity with the peer groups,
high personal expectations from parents, teachers and friends, and the like
4. how did you affectively handle or cope from stress
-getting enough time for sleep focusing on my strength and also do things that makes me happy
