QUESTION 3 QUESTION 4 QUESTION 5 CONCLUSIÓN
01 INTRODUCTION
Management can be defined as how a company controls the organization and
administering the company, and the act of collaboration between different individuals in
the organization. This case study will analyze the scenario as well as provide an answer to
the questions and come up with a solution to the problem. It will also discuss the steps in
making the decision process of the theory and the position of the Green Heroes company.

Lastly, this case study will elaborate on

the risk-taking by the company due to
the uncertainty in the market and
emphasize how the company decision is
taking and whether it is made between
the shareholders or just individuals.
QUESTION 1 02
The decision-making process that was
undertaken by “The Green Heroes”.
1) Identifies and defines the problems
2) Generate and evaluating the possible solutions
3) Make decision and conduct ethics double-check
4) Implement the decision
5) Evaluate results

Step 4 is the most reasonable decision made by the Green Heroes.

03 QUESTION 2
The risks and the comparison of risk and
uncertainty factors.
The risks they possibly ignore are the existence of the customers during their
delivery as the customers are not always in their home and probably go to the
works during the delivery time.

They also need to bear all of the costs

and waste that occurs in the delivery.
The uncertainty that can occur is fake
orders as they cannot identify the
customers' orders' authenticity.
QUESTION 3 04
Type of decision made by “The Green Heroes”
According to the concept of coordination, collective
decision-making is more effective than decisions made
by a single individual.

Group decision-making has the great benefits of

drawing from the experiences and perspectives of great
individuals and can lead to more creative and more
effective decision-making.
05 QUESTION 4
The drawbacks of collective decision making

Managers may have a hard time monitoring decisions and activities with employee
involvement to protect against negative consequences and to restrict the potential for chaos.
One potential challenge of encouraging staff involvement is the risk of blurring the line of
distinction between management
level and employee level.

The Drawback of the company

decision-making might also include a
waste of time. This means if the quality
of decision-making is based on speed,
then individual decision-making is superior.
QUESTION 5 06
Decision environments impact
decision-making processes
The quality of decisions will determine that entity's success or
failure. One factor influencing their decision-making process is
decisions that influence the shaping of environmental
conditions and where and how they will be transported and
distributed.

Looking at the scenario when these entrepreneurs forcefully

make decisions in an uncertain environment, the possible
outcomes could be positive and negative. The information
available to the manager in a decision-making environment of
uncertainty is incomplete, insufficient, and frequently
unreliable.
07 CONCLUSION
As addressed in the analysis of making decision process, step number 4 is very relevant
to the case study because the three shareholders of the company will need the ability to
buy a van and transport it to all of the households. There is also uncertainty in the
"green heroes" that will make it difficult to make decisions.
The best way to make a decision process is to collaborate because it can gather different
perspectives from different individuals. One of the drawbacks of making decisions by
the group is unclear who is the one who is responsible for the final discussions. The
environment has a very significant role in the companies because decision environment
making is the factor that will impact the success and failures of the business in terms of
the contribution of nature itself. If the environment is certain, the profit and loss can be
considered by sensing the environment.
