- Biti's is in the process of localization with the majority of raw materials imported from domestic
suppliers, but still 40% of chemicals used for production still come from foreign suppliers. .

+ Leather: Wei Tai Leather Joint Stock Company - a company with 100% Taiwanese investment.

+ On the canopy (prefer domestic companies): Tim Do Production & Trade Company Limited

+ About key plastic (prefer domestic companies): Company Limited Trieu Phong

+ Synthetic plastic beads: mainly imported from the Netherlands and France. However, Biti's also
selects some domestic suppliers, typically Polystyrene Vietnam Co., Ltd.

+ Heel, shoe sole: Tae Sung Company and Trieu Phong Company Limited

- Biti's has more than 1,500 agents nationwide, helping Biti's to be able to provide products to
customers widely. In addition, Biti's collaborate with numerous e-commerce sites and supermarkets to
secure their supply chains to customers.

- The cost of switching carriers can be quite high. Because when cooperating with other suppliers, the
price of raw materials may be higher and not be the priority as with long-term cooperation suppliers.

- Biti's suppliers are all leading companies, with abundant raw materials that can be stocked at any
time.
