Offer online opportunity - Providing an opportunity of combining face-to-face and online

experience. Provide students the option of online education material with traditional classroom

methods to create a combination of strengths; students can abide by being provided with

access to a wide range of information.

2. Creating access of Genesis to students- Providing an opportunity to give students and

parents access to genesis to direct knowledge on how students are performing in the

classroom. Students will accept this policy by monitoring each class thru an application where

they can track each assignment online.

3. Privacy- Teaching students to be aware of policies such as sharing personal information.

Demonstrating student's methods of using unreliable information to ensure that only valid

information should be used while learning. Students will already be signing a form of the

acceptable use of a policy that holds them responsible for any violation.
4. EdConnect - software where teachers can proctor any test administered thru the district.

This program will assist students by sending, receiving, and taking any assessment thru this

software. It also collects student data of performance. The student will be in accordance to

receive all testing grades through ed connect, and they will be able to track and monitor

progress thru the data collected.

5. Physics contextual(culturally responsive)- Physics contextual(culturally responsive)- as a

physics content, teachers will implement the curriculum to social countries by making the

content meaningful and relevant by taking what is being learned and create a project based on

learning. Students will accept and follow by integrating their cultural background and social

communities into the lesson through a technological device using a school platform such as
Zoom, Google Classroom, or Microsoft teams.

6. Cyberbullying-Teachers will provide options such as notifying the authority, report to the

website, create a safety plan, and have immediate access to additional support. "Students shall

not use the system to spread messages that can reasonably be interpreted as cyber-bullying,

harassing, discriminatory or defamatory"(School district 2016 p.1). Students will abide by this

policy by signing the form of acceptable use of policy (AUP). 

7. Plagiarism-Teachers will evaluate students' work and submit it to plagiarism software

where it can detect if the material has been altered. Teachers must present the program to

avoid accidental plagiarism for the students." Students shall not plagiarize material that is

available on the internet. Plagiarism is presenting another’s ideas/words as one’s own"(school

district 2016 p.1). Students will accept this policy by signing the form of acceptable use of

policy (AUP) and classroom rules held accountable with the grading policy.

8. International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE)- Educators will introduce

these standards to provide a digital learning experience and guide students to digital

citizenship (ISTE, 2016). The teacher will need to embed these standards into their lesson.

Students will abide by receiving a certificate in compliance with honoring these standards.

9. Permission of use: Students shall not access thru district computers to watch movies, listen

to music, launch software, or navigate thru games or documents which infringes upon

copyrights or licensing agreements(School district,2016). The teacher will be monitoring thru

the Go guardian program. The student will accept to follow this rule by signing the acceptable

use of policy (AUP) form and will be submitted to school violations.


10. Using a device in a classroom-. Students will incorporate learning through platforms such

as Zoom, Microsoft teams, or Google Classroom using a classroom device. Teachers must

provide a technological device to give access to students. Students will agree to the term by

student and parent signing the acceptable use of policy and teacher's classroom rules.
