2. How can you contribute to the attainment of the CLSU’s mission considering the
challenges that we are facing today? (Maximum of 3 sentences)
I can contribute to the attainment of CLSU'S mission with regards to the challenges that

we are facing today by disseminating information, which is crucial to the needs of the people
regarding COVID-19. Additionally, applying knowledge that have been parted by the university

to assist to those who in needs.

3. Make a statement stating a vision of yourself in different aspects, 15 years from now.
I envision myself 15 years from now is to have a successful career and life that includes
constant learning and improvement for myself, but that also generates an atmosphere of
pleasurable learning and advancement for others.

4. Give your honest opinion on the attainment/implementation of the CLSU’s Institutional

Philosophy and Quality Policy Statements. (Maximum of 3 sentences)
