The research has been made on the impact of communication skills on the organizations

1. Research question will be

• What is the casual relationship between Services quality and customer satisfaction?

• Does high perceived service quality leads to customer loyalty?

2. Research design:

The implicit as well as explicit research design the main target was to understand through this
report to understand the impact of communication on an organization and the way it can affect its
success rate if there is weak communication amongst the members of that organization through
the use of balance approach which makes the research valid. If I conduct this study from start gain,
then I select the quantitative research methodology which is inductive in nature. Our study is cross
sectional in nature and collect data from respondents at once. For future case we conduct longitudinal
study and conduct data 2 times.

3. Data collection

The study will utilize a quantitative research strategy with the researcher focusing on attaining
information that they can easily quantify in order to offer information that is generalizable.
When I conduct this study again than The sampling for the study will be conducted through the
snowball sampling approach. The sample size is small for this study. I will choose face to face
interviews for data collection, for this purpose I conduct structured interviews.

The unit of analysis of the current study was general working staff in a given organization and thus
these prospective respondents help the author in gathering a suitable amount of data I will choose
groups for carry out the study at group levels. However, difficulties in taking a sample large enough for
significant results must be considered when carrying out the study at a higher level of analysis.
