She used positive reinforcement through use LMS and She used the differentiation according to the levels of the
put for the students’ points. Also used reinforcing students, for example, some students can write a sentence
words like well done, excellent, good job. or a paragraph, others can use pictures and explain in
simple sentences, and others can only put pictures.

I think that using the points in LMS is very effective
because it shows the parents the points and thus
students are motivated to collect the largest possible
number.
It was possible to use other programs that are easier
to place the points because LMS is sometimes difficult
to use and may delay the class, so using another
program is an easy such as, ClassDojo.
I think this is a good differentiation and every student can
choose the appropriate assessment for it.
However, I think it will be better if she divides students into
3 groups according to their levels. Because every student
will get an appropriate assessment from the teacher's point
of view.

The lesson is structured, and every part of the lesson has a I hope that she focuses on the main activities and try to

It was a good experience and I enjoyed and learned a lot from it. I learned how my teacher observe me and what
points she focuses on and that helped me when my teacher observe me. In addition, I learned from my colleague's
mistakes and wrote it in a note in order not to repeat it in my lessons.
My colleague was very cooperative with me and she happily listened to my notes, then we discussed about her and
give her some solutions to help her develop her lesson. I suggested some activities that she could use in the main
activities, such as using a story to help explain the concept or a video.
