RBL Labs is a new ambitious blockchain gaming start-up. We are building an NFT card game with DeFi perks and a marketplace for in-game
assets.

We are looking for a tech wizard with experience in gaming and deep knowledge of blockchain. This is an opportunity to join our founding
team, and grow to a role of a CTO.

The Tech Lead is accountable for building the tech stack and for the delivery, quality, availability, and performance of the game on web and
mobile, NFT marketplace, website, smart contracts and cloud infrastructure.

We also look for front-end and back-end developers, UX/UI designer and a game producer.
 Position: Technical Lead

Responsibilities:
Work closely with the CEO to support the vision for the
company
Oversee ambitious roadmap implementation that includes
development of a native marketplace, web and mobile
gaming applications, smart contracts for the token sale and
post sale distribution;
Recruit and lead top developers for front-end and back-end
roles;
Represent interest of the leadership team in tech delivery
and implementation;
Be the n1 tech guy/gal in our start-up.
Key Requirements:
Experience in gaming industry is a must
Ability to explain technical concepts and translate them to business opportunities
Deep knowledge of blockchain technologies
Solid experience with smart contracts
Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
Ability to make data-driven decisions
Active GitHub account
Be solutions-oriented with an emphasis on quality technical delivery
Knowledge of trends in blockchain
Desired requirements:
Leadership experience at crypto and/or gaming start-up
Experience with NFTs and NFT factory contracts
Marketplace development experience
Token sale smart contracts and audits
Layer-2 (Matic, Elrond or other)
