To Whom This May Concern:

This letter is to recommend Ms. Atarah Redmon to for the Admistrative Associate III position for the Counseling Department
of Texas A&M University- Commerce. I have had the privelege of working along side Ms. Redmon for three years, and I
have watched her leave her organizations and/or workplace a better than place than she found it, everytime. Her natural
gifting in leadership and administration complemented by her eloquence in written and verbal communication and
attentiveness to detail make her an esteemed candidate for any position.

Thriving in her current role as the Site Coordinator for the ACE Program at Boles Middle School, Ms. Redmon has
revolutionuzed the ACE program, creating a standard of excellence for her postion. Singlehandedly, she recreated the
protocol and procedures for student and staff documentation, causing her program to score _______higher in their audits
upon the district to adaptation of her system. ( Girl, add your own responsibilities here, and how they’ve impacted your
program because I truthfully know nothing about the documentation strategies you created.) Amicable and resourceful, Ms.
Redmon served as the liason between the community and her the needs of her students and their families.

Ms.Redmon combs every aspect of her program with a fine-tooth comb, therefore earning the trust of her parents,
administrators and peers. She is tasked with stewarding a budger of over $____________, keeping good track of her
programs expenditures and balancing frugility; with +60 children, her students never lack quality resources or supplies
necessary for effective programing. In her most recent endeavors, Ms. Redmon was able to develope a program with Brittany
Holt to conduct the assessments and collect data on the hundreds of families represented on 7 campuses in 2 districts, to be
used for more effective programming.

Ms. Redmon is always present, timely and professional. Her efforts are consistent, and her work is done with integrity and
excellence. She is reknown in ACE in Commerce and Boles ISD for her methods and the work she has done! While I would
hate to see Ms. Redmon go, I am confident that she will succeed in any role she is placed. She will certaintly make it a better
place than she finds it.

Should you have any further questions about Ms. Redmon, please do not hesitate to contact me at (903) 456-9490 or via
