Sub: Application for Internship

Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

I would like to intern at OYO Rooms in the Sales Department.

The tourism sector of Nepal is growing rapidly. Considering the increase in tourists both
domestic and international, the hotel sector is certain to have a boost in business. In Thailand
I’ve witnessed the widespread popularity of hotel and flight booking apps like Traveloka and
Tiket. OYO could achieve a similar kind of popularity in Nepal. In my last internship I worked in
the sales department for a car dealership. There I visited the market finding potential customers,
helped conduct events and generate sales. I believe the skills I obtained there will help me
create sales for OYO Rooms too.

I am a BBA student majoring in Marketing and I just finished studying in SIAM University in
Bangkok as an exchange student. I have some experience in Marketing and sales from my
previous internships.

The internship will be a part of my 8th semester academic curriculum and I will be interning
fulltime. I hope you will give me the liberty to complete my academic curriculum and help me
gain career focus.
