1 1916 & Twitter Updates Cal 10 randomly selected people who have previously filed complaints
using #1916 or Twiter and check fulfillment. If their query has not been
fulfilled, invite them and ensure it gets done.
2 Making contracts efficient Hospitals, vetenerary clinics, crematoriums etc. need to become more
efficient and effective. Enable these organizations to raise some
percentage of money by themselves as it will act as a motivator for them
to perform better.
3 Outsourcing All hospitals need to be totally outsourced; viability funding is
permissible for this.
4 Heritage Structures Heritage structures can be marketed as historic landmarks and promoted
by the MCGM
5 Meeting – DP developers AMCs have to attend the Development Plan meeting 14th Aug, 11 am
6 Mithi River Water rising (6 – 12 inches) above normal operational level,
uncomfirmed why it is not subsiding. Have someone look into this
7 Water Contamination Instruments (pipes etc) which are repeatedly contaminating the water
have to be identified and replaced, with the most recurring cases to be
replaced first. Rolling replacement, oldest structure/instrument being
replaced first.
8 Migration of software (SAP – GM) If we migrate to GM, our SAP system should intergrate without any
failure. The procurement tool, purchase portal, promotion & transfer
portal, HR details and other SAP functions should also be implemented
correctly in the GM. A 3rd party chec should be done on this system by
IIT professors, BMC will organise the transportation and will also allow a
payment of 10,00 to 20,000 (per visit) to these professors.
9 Advisory panel A new advisory panel of advocates should be made for each individual
AMC and DMC. Officers can choose their own advocates for this
council.
10 Court cases 60,000 cases have to be dealt with within the time period, they have to be 6 months
either dismissed, settled or generally eradicated. The MCGM will only
keep a limited 20,000 high profile cases which it will fight in court till the
end.
11 1916/MCGM 24X7 App Complaints Any complaint coming in from 1916 or the MCGM 24X7 application

should be responded to, even if it is filed incorrectly. Unresolved
complaints should be successfully forwarded to their respective ward
offices, and citizens should be instructed to go to their ward offices and
do a VC to the main office incase of major issues.
12 Manhole Problem Deploy a manhole committee to fix this problem and have the AMCs
organize teams to tour the manholes on foot and ensure that everything is
in order.
13 Biometric Attendace Face recognition was too expensive, we will consider the mobile
application instead and will train staff to use it.
14 Presentations Next AMC meeting will have a Paramedical staff milestones and road
widening presentation.
15 Systems Integration ESRI + SAP + GM intefration has to be proven with examples and 0%
failure rate. How will road widening be shown in GIS?
16 Bus Tickets Bus tickets prices will change according to purchase method. Application
transactions will cost 5 rupees/ticket, whereas physical transaction will
cost 6 rupees/ticket. The extr 1 rupee will appear as a surcharge. Public
announcements of this should be made.
17 Signages Boards have to be put up within 50 meters of all major bus stops, “no
parking” boards on all bus stops.
