• Very good presentation, good explanation and breakdown of material, it only gets
better from here- keep it up
• Powerpoint slides were beautiful, loved the incorporation of active learning, like
how she assessed our knowledge on some topics and included personal examples of
her own experience. Explanations were in simple language, which made it easy t
understand, very professional and kept me engaged

examples she personally experienced

• Presentation was well put together and it flowed sequentially
• She was very engaging and helpful
• Powerpoint looked awesome. Was not boring and caught everyone’s attention.
Visuals kept the audience engaged, “I felt she was genuinely excited to teach which
made it so much easier to learn and want to listen. Overall, it was a really awesome
presentation and it is apparent she is interested in teaching and was extroverted
and easy to talk to. The tone was great and engaging. The real life examples help us
relate too!”
• Dr Corder seemed very passionate about the topic which was evident during
presentation, she spoke clearly and maintained good pace. Overall really great

than willing to answer questions and did a great presentation, I learned a lot
• Lecture was properly presented
• Liked that we got to work on material by ourselves then with group
• Great communication skills, demonstrate that she can teach in an easy way, I want
to highlight that Dr. Corder explained everything with good examples and reliable
data and evidence, excellent job
• Nice and thorough slides, attentive, friendly, good interactive activity with pollev
questions, relatable/ real life stories
• Content of lecture was throughout a great refresher of hypertension/ hypotension
Specific suggestion for improvements:
• Use smaller break out rooms for better involvement
• Handout was a bit lengthy and the inclass activity questions were a bit surface level
• Wish I had more time for going over the patient cases, as I learn best through
application
• Keep track of time better and try to leave out information you would expect
audience to know
• Too much information
• Pace was a little fast at times
• Talk a little faster, appreciate you going slow to emphasize material but sometimes
it dragged on a bit too long
• Need to be watchful of time to allow for questions at the end too, had to rush
through cases at the end
• Maybe being more specific between slides to ensure the lecture is completely
discussed
• Work on time constraints and pace, we ran out of time to do activity
• Handout was dense making learning from it difficult, cut down material a little bit
• Maybe less patient cases during the activity
