 Kris Jain will be facilitating a bi-monthly Zoom Grief Support Small Group for
anyone interested in participating. We will be using the book, Grief Day By

 EPC is celebrating its 70th Anniversary on Sunday, May 23rd. This also happens to be
Pentecost Sunday, when the Holy Spirit descended on the Apostles, marking the beginning of
the church's mission to spread the good news of Christ to the world. This is an amazing day to
celebrate the birth of Edgewood Presbyterian Church and its mission to our community! To
celebrate Pentecost Sunday, please wear RED on Sunday, May 23rd to our worship service
and celebration.

 Join us starting on May 18th for a RightNow media study of Max Lucado's "Traveling Light".
Bring your own lunch and enjoy the fellowship at 11a.m. The study will begin at noon. For

Coming Events at EPC

May 16 – Connie Happell’s first Sunday as EPC’s pastor.
May 23 – EPC’s 70th Birthday Celebration and Homecoming. Lunch will be served on the
grounds after the Worship Service.
On Sunday, May 16, we will welcome Connie Happell to our
pulpit as our designated pastor. We hope that everyone will
be able to attend our worship service that day. In order to
give everyone a chance to meet Connie, the Member Care
Team is planning a short "Meet and Greet" after the
worship service. Punch and cookies will be served, under the
breezeway. Name tags will be provided to help Connie begin
to learn us by name.

Birthday Celebration on May 23, you have until Saturday,
May 15, to do so. There is no charge, but we need to know
how much food to prepare.
A great celebration is planned and we want everyone to
