 There is still time to join our Bible/book study "Traveling Light" by Max Lucado. Our next
meeting is Tuesday, May 25th at 11:00a.m. Contact Stephanie Blackwell for details.

 This Sunday children will be welcomed back to in person Sunday School. They will be meeting
at 9:30 a.m. in Mrs. Sheryl Wright’s classroom on the bottom floor of the Education building.
The children’s Sunday afternoon zoom meetings will continue to meet at 3:00 p.m.

 In anticipation of resuming Children’s Church in the near future, we are seeking volunteers to
support this ministry. The Discipleship/Outreach Team has decided to err on the side of
caution by requiring that everyone working with the children be vaccinated. If you are fully
vaccinated and would like to volunteer, please contact Karen Wetherell. (At present we do not
have a sufficient number of volunteers to support this ministry.)

May 26 – Wednesday Night Prayer Meeting will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Zoom.
May 30 – Children’s Sunday School will begin meeting in person again at 9:30 a.m.
Children preschool through fifth grade are invited.
May 30 – Joy Gathering (in person) will meet in Fellowship Hall at 10:30 a.m. Join us for
coffee and conversation.
May 30 – Children’s Church will resume following the Children’s Message in the Worship
Service for children age 4 through second grade.
May 30 – Zooming with Kids will continue to meet on Sunday afternoons at 3:00 p.m.
May 30 – Youth Group will meet at 5:00 p.m. on Zoom.
June 2 – Men’s Prayer Group will meet on Zoom at 8:00 a.m.
Remember the EPC CareLetters? Remember the profiles that were
written about many of our members? We are pleased to announce that
those profiles have been compiled into a booklet entitled “The Tie That
Binds Us Together.” (Thank you Susan Gilbert for doing this.)
A copy will be placed on the credenza in the Narthex this coming Sunday
for you to look at. If you would like to purchase your own copy, just sign
on the order form. The cost will be $6.00.

The Fellowship/Member Care Team wants to thank everyone for our joyous
birthday celebration this past Sunday. Ninety people attended the event. So
many people were involved in putting this together --- creating and sending out
invitations, decorations, sprucing up the buildings and grounds, preparing the
pictorial slide show, preparing and serving the food, and cleaning up afterwards.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who helped and everyone who
attended. We look forward to many more celebrations at EPC.
