SETTLEMENT of THE ESTATE

of the late SPOUSES EUGENIO
CAGASAN & CONSTANTINA SALAGA
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, under date of June 8, 1998, a Deed of Cession &

Extra-Judicial Settlement was made and executed by and between
the legal heirs of the late Spouses Eugenio Cagasan and
Constantina Salaga-Cagasan before Ramon R. Melliza notary public
for and in the City of General Santos, who entered said document
in his Notarial Register as Doc. No. 473; Page No. 96; Book No.
II; Series of 1998, which document embraced a portion of land
situated at Brgy. Poblacion, Polomolok, South Cotabato, more
particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land known as Lot 1341, Pls-247-D,

located at Polomolok, South Cotabato. Containing an area
of 120,000 square meters, more or less, and covered by
the Original Certificate of Title No. 22312”

WHEREAS, said Lot 1341, Pls-247-D was subdivided into 13

lots known as lots 1341-A to 1341-M, still registered in the name
of Eugenio Cagasan, covered by Transfer Certificate Title Nos. T-
91817 to T-91829, respectively;

WHEREAS, Lot 1341-E Psd-11-069260 was again subdivided into

9 sublots known as lots 1341-E-1 to 1341-E-9, still registered in
the name of Eugenio Cagasan, covered by Title Nos. TCT T-116009
to T-116017, respectively;

WHEREAS, Lot 1341-E-1, Psd-12-043506, Lot 1341-E-2, Psd-12-

043506, Lot 1341-E-3, Psd-12-043506, Lot 1341-E-4, Psd-12-043506,
Lot 1341-E-5 Psd-12-043506 and Lot 1341-E-6, Psd-12-043506,
likewise all registered in the name of Eugenio Cagasan under TCT
Nos. T-116009, T-116010, T-116011, T-116012, T-116013, T-116014,
respectively, with a total area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
THIRTY TWO (13,232) square meters, more or less, were surveyed
for subdivisions and by this time, have already an approved
subdivision plans;

WHEREAS, the taxes due thereon have already been paid

previously by the undersigned legal heirs, and in deed, the
Office of Bureau of Internal Revenue, Koronadal City, issued a
CERTIFICATE AUTHORIZING REGISTRATION thereover, with CAR1999
00002496 & CAR1999 00002497, dated February 17, 2000;

WHEREAS, the undersigned legal heirs, being all of legal age

and with full civil capacity to contract, hereby agree to divide
and adjudicate the aforementioned real property among themselves
in accordance with law;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing

premises, they, now being the heirs, hereby adjudicate unto
themselves the above-mentioned parcel of land in accordance with
law particularly Lot 1341-E-1, Psd-12-043506, Lot 1341-E-2, Psd-
12-043506, Lot 1341-E-3, Psd-12-043506, Lot 1341-E-4, Psd-12-
043506, Lot 1341-E-5 Psd-12-043506 and Lot 1341-E-6, Psd-12-
043506 under TCT Nos. T-116009, T-116010, T-116011, T-116012, T-
116013, T-116014.
