• Each group will be provided with an industry and type of company. Students will need to select two
companies and their respective POC to whom you must contact via e-mail for each of the campus
engagement activities – Live Projects and Guest Lectures
• Guest Lectures would be conducted through digital medium where eminent industry leaders from
multinational corporation would be interacting with the students to share their valuable insights.
• Live Projects are short duration assignments where student gets an opportunity to work for a
company remotely. Live Projects are categorized into 3 segments based on stipend offered by the
company. The table below shows the categories of companies.
• Each group must mail the engagement proposal to both the companies, pitching them for Live
Projects and Guest Lectures
• Only one member of the group should contact a company. [For example, person A can contact the
POC of Deloitte for Guest Lecture then that person cannot contact any other company]
• Your email pitch must include:
o Reason for choosing respective company in the given industry
o Reason for choosing respective POC for the engagement activity
o What that POC would gain from that engagement activity
• Similarly, your pitch should be able to convince the POC for campus engagement
• Naming Convention:
• Subject Line for Live Project Emails: - Group XX | Live Project Proposal | Company Name
• Subject Line for Guest Lecture Emails: - Group XX | Guest Lecture Invitation | Company Name
Call Pitching Round
• Each group after sending their pitching mail, will have to call their respective POCs whom
they must have contacted for campus engagement activities.
• The call must come from other group members (for example, if group member A & B have
done email pitching, then call pitching should be done from member C & D)
• The group member can call the POC only after receiving an email reply from their
respective POCs.
• You must take your name along with your group number every time you call to pitch
Note: A company can be finally converted for engagement only after completing Call Pitching
and your chances of conversion on approaching earlier to the POC than other.
