Reviewer Comments:

Dear Editor,

Thank you for giving me an opportunity to review this manuscript.

I have reviewed the manuscript, BMS-TODENTJ-2020-135 “Antibiofilm evaluation of Ocimum basilicum extracts against
oral pathogen bacteria Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29212: An in vitro study”.

Unfortunately, the presentation is still not great, so that reject are required.

I understand that the authors made changes following the reviewers’ comments. However, still the main text was not
great , as I mentioned last time. For example, the authors used the one term using several words; Kemangi, Kemangi
leaves, Basil, O. basilicum, O. basilicum L.

Since the authors focused on the potential natural products, the reviewer is wondering that the results mentioned were
not stable since the extract of basil leaf has not high purity and, also not uniform materials.

Need to perform and indicate in statistical analysis for the results obtained.

In addition, Figure 1 and Figure 2 were not great due to no caption for bur and line and needless number on the line.
