Al inicio del video debe identificarse.
Debe vestir ropa formal.
El rostro debe estar descubierto, no usar mascarillas, lentes oscuros, audífonos u otros.
Está prohibido leer, no se puede tener ningún tipo de apuntes.
No está permitido editar el video, no debe tener cortes ni música de fondo.
Se les debe ver a todos los integrantes en todo momento.
De no cumplir con estas disposiciones la nota será de 0.
A HEALTHY LIFE
In order to stay healthy, you should take these three advices: eat healthy, exercise and
have a good mental health.
First, you can start by avoiding junk food and you should cook with vegetables every day,
like carrots, tomatoes and broccoli, which are delicious and have vitamins that are going
to help you to prevent several diseases. Also, you don’t have to eat meat always, you
have to balance your meals.
Second, you should start exercising. You can exercise at home by doing some planks and
crunches. This will train your arms, legs, back and abs. Don’t forget to use jogger pants,
sneakers and a sport t-shirt. If you are good at sports you can exercise outdoor.
Finally, your mental health is the most important in this COVID-19 time. Going for a walk
will keep bad thoughts away. Don’t look for the news too much. If you have bad habits like
smoking, you should quit them because they are killing you and they make you feel
anxious. You can travel near your city or stay in a nice hotel with a pool when it’s sunny
and hot. These tips will help you to be out of stress.
