Answer to Q No: 4

In, here I see that the company does not value much to their employee’s hard work. The
company does not motivate its employees that much. In, here, the length of service is the main
factor for the determination of wage. The employees get a straight salary and do not get
incentives or any appreciation for their hard work. Thus, the hard-working employee’s work
pace gets slow and it seems unfair to the great performer because every employee gets the same
wages whether their performance is bad or good. This result is declining in sales. Though it is a
standard procedure, sales, incentives, and appreciation part should be added. If I were in this
position-
1. I would appreciate my employees. I will not only celebrate significant achievements, but also, I
will focus on minor achievements. Besides that, I would give my employees some appreciation
words. These appreciations can pace up the employee’s hard work.
2. With the salary, I would also give incentives to the hard worker employees, and it will surely
boost the employee’s dedication to working hard. In incentives, I would reward them for
achieving a target. Besides, I would also give my hard worker employees some extra facilities.
On the other hand, I would also give my employees development rewards and some monetary
incentives like gift cards, checks of bonus, and give my employees cash rewards. I would just
have to find out which type of incentives I should give them to get motivated and work
accordingly. If I would give my employees these types of incentives-
a. It will increase team productivity, and a sales team will boost up to achieve their target.
b. It can also create a higher level of management.
If I were in this position, I would do these works, and I think it will increase our sales.
