Introduction

Choti Si Koshish(CSK), is a private social organization, who is working with a theme of

providing many of the services to those who deserve it, so nobody has to beg in front of others.
The basic aim of this organization is just to bring a smile on other's faces.

Founder of CSK is Miss Amber who started working under this name in 2017 alone, she
is the strongest girl with a desire to make a little effort for others for the sake of Allah’s
Happiness. And now by the grace of ALLAH, She is managing a whole team consisting of 13
official members comprising of youth (mostly students) working in different departments with
about 50+ volunteers assisting them.

CSK is now working in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, PakPattan, and many
other cities. Miss Amber had made a team in every city where official member work as co-leader
under their leader’s instruction, to work more better and to bring more volunteers in their groups.
The one of the main thing that CSK strictly follow is not to showing the identities of the people
who are served by them.

Methodology

As its name indicated it was a little effort in the start that become a social organization
working in all over the Pakistan.. The different project CSK is doing are as follow:

 Monthly Ration Drives

Team CSK done a Ration Drive on monthly basis. This is an excellent job of making a
better Pakistan where no one could sleep on empty stomach. The registered families for Monthly
Ration Drive are about 40 to 45, but based on the amount of donation this number can be
increased or decreased.

CSK made this kind of Ration Drive posts which help them in collecting donations. The posts
mostly include Ayats, Ahadees or some inspiring sayings about charity or help.

 Covid-19 Ration Relief Campaign

Team CSK also worked hard during the pandemic and lockdown since March to make
sure the registered families and new families who were hit badly were taken care of. About 200

families's need were met and they were provided rashion bags.We have a strict check and
balance system to make sure every family is registered and no doubling occurs. Our team
members went out of their way, risking their own lives to verify and serve each family.

CSK had done his ration drive in three phases during lockdown. In the first phase 26 families are
served with ration bags.

The second phase of Corona Relief Drive served to 93 families.

CSK has provided ration to 102 families in phase 3.

In order to save the lives of others CSK provide door to door ration to families.

CSK also provide grocery aid to affected families due to this pandemic situation.

 Ramazan Ration Drive

In the Holy month of Ramadan CSK arranged special Ramazan Ration Drive. This Ramadan
CSK served ration bags to more than 100 families.

CSK arranged Iftar dastarkhan on streets in different cities of Pakistan.

CSK also arranges Iftar in different orphanage and old age homes.

Hence this Ramzan, CSK Team is organized a special iftat dastrkhuwan which was neatly
packed boxes of Iftar delivered to the door of the needy. CSK takes all necessary precautions and
to fulfill the responsibilities towards our community.

 Eidi Drive

CSK also managed eidi project for the deserving families along with the theme of “eid ki
khushi to aik si hoti hai”. The basic aim of this Eidi Drive is to make others feel special.

 Educational cases

CSK has done many of the educational cases of the students who were unable to pay their
dues or other educational expenditures like not able to buy books or unable to pay their bus fees
etc. one of the little baby girl with a physical disability is monthly sponsored by the team CSK.
Some of the other projects are as follow done by CSK are as follow:

 Wedding cases

Team Choti Si Koshish also took part in the wedding cases of the needy families. As we
all know a daughter’s wedding is one the major responsibility of a father; so, CSK aims to help
out the needy parents who are worried about their daughter's wedding and are unable to meet the
needs of a wedding. In collaboration with other NGOs like: Engineering Charity Squad. CSK’s
first priority is to managed food for Barat and then if there’s an extreme need of other important
things then CSK took the responsibility of those things too.

 Medical cases

CSK help to those deserving persons who are not able to pay their medical expenditures.
CSK solve many of the medical cases with the help of their donors. CSK arranged blood with the
collaboration of other organization. This team also help in clearing the medical bill of the needy
ones. CSK helps the person who are unable to buy medicine and other related items like once
CSK arranged a nebulizer for a person.

 Rozgaar cases

CSK play an important role in finding a job for the deserving person. This rozgar project
has started in 2019 when CSK arranged a job of an unemployed person in a water plant. CSK
mostly find jobs of the person who actually deserve it on the basis of their qualification and need.
As CSK has not fix donors so rozgaar case is not achieve the status of what we call success. The
basic focus of CSK is to maintain their monthly ration drive. However, the following cases are
now in progress with the blessing of Almighty Allah.

 Orphanage Visit

CSK often do orphanage and old age visits in different cities of Pakistan. In their visit
they manage gifts, chocolates, books, stationaray items and other needy things for children. The
basic aim is to make them feel special by playing and spending time with them.

 Winter drive

CSK managed to arrange winter drive which include warm clothes, mufflers, caps,
jackets, etc, which was a little effort just to make winter special for the poor families. CSK also
arranged a road side winter gift drive to cater the needs of our homeless brothers. CSK
completed the target to buy sweaters for school going children whose parents can’t afford to get
their children such necessities.

Other than this there are a lot of Winter Drive done in different cities like, CSK arranged a
winter camp for Orphanage at Aisha Islamic Academy.

My Services for this Organization

I am an official member of this organization. As a part of this organization there are some
kind of responsibilities on me.

 I must have to take part in donation collection. Like for Ration Drive and other cases.
 The second main responsibility is to buy ration for the poor families and make the
possible and easiest way to deliver to them. Specially, in this pandemic situation all of
my team members are requested by our owner to take all the precautionary measures. So
we provide door to door ration in this situation.

 For the eid drive, I buy clothes for poor families, make eidi packs for children, mehndi
for girls, and kheer pack for the deserving families. And then go to their homes to gave
them the gifts.

 We often visited orphanages along with my team mates. I go out to buy gifts for the
children. Then our team visited and we play a lot of games with them, and I help them in
drawing and painting competitions.

 As an official member of this Social Organization, I upload the different posts of

donations and other projects, on daily basis, in order to up to date the donors.

Conclusion

Choti Si Koshish is a private social organization running by youth who are mostly
students. They were doing their best job in many of the cities of Pakistan. Currently we're
working on numerous projects (Rozgar Request- finding jobs for the unemployed, and
funding many medical and educational cases) and our main target being Monthly Ration
Drive.
