Supported 500,000 women with their small projects (helped 80% to grow their projects and has given a •
hand to 20% of these in order to start their projects by training them on how they can manage a small
project.

Employed 100,00 youth (males and females) in many fields by training them in handicrafts in order to help them •
find a job or simply train them with the skills required to enter the labor market of private companies

ADEW has been able to support 25,000 girls (between 9-18) who had dropped out of the schools and at risk of •
dropping out of school by building their character and enabling them to acquire skills that they were deprived of
due to not being to school.

ADEW has been able to reach 50,000 women from 18 till 60 ages, of marriage age and deprived of education, in •
order to help them manage their lives, face obstacles and find solutions to problems. In addition, ADEW has
provided sessions for supporting women in their personal lives - teaching them how to raise their children and
provide proper nutrition for them – and professional sessions, for teaching them how to start their own
businesses.

ADEW's health program service has 50,000 beneficiaries (males and females) •

4
ADEW succeeded in eliminating illiteracy amongst 20,000 women and girls through years of work in •
coordination with the General Authority for Literacy and Adult Education. It has achieved this via innovative
methods to and ensuring that each woman attends a literacy class.

ADEW has reduced educational drop-out rates by reaching 20.000 female male students who were at •
risk of dropping out and providing them with fully funded scholarships. This is coupled with educating
families on the importance of education to encourage them to allow their daughters to continue their
education.

ADEW developed the educational infrastructure of 34 government primary and elementary schools in Cairo, Al- •
Qalyubia and Al-Gharbial with the aim of improving educational conditions and decreasing drop-out rate. ADEW not
only built physical infrastructure, but it also ran an integrated educational project targeting 80,000 female and male
students while simultaneously increasing the efficiency of 20,000 female and male teachers.

ADEW reached more than 10,000 women through its violence elimination program. •

ADEW provided its legal program for 400,000 beneficiaries in the slum areas in which ADEW operates. •
