REGISTRATION FOR LBP-RSA CLOUD USERS

OF THE PHILIPPINES (LBP) and is being provided for the exclusive use of
the intended LBP employee only. Therefore, unauthorized distribution of
LBP proprietary computer software and/or its documentation is in
violation of the LBP Acceptable Use Policy, and, if discovered, individuals
responsible may be held liable. Additionally, LBP shall not be accountable
for any damage that the LBP proprietary software may cause to your
device as a result of the unauthorized installation. If you have reason to
believe you have accessed this document in error, please notify TMG-
HELPDESK by sending email to TMG-Helpdesk@mail.landbank.com or
call 8405-7600 and delete this document from your system immediately.

LBP shall not be accountable for any damage or malfunctions that the LBP security software may cause to
the personal devices with unlicensed programs or applications. Additionally, LBP security software shall
regularly check your system for any malwares and/or viruses. Please refrain from installing unauthorized
and/or unlicensed programs or applications.
CLASS D
I. PRE-REQUISITES:
✓ Workstation with security software installed and as validated by NOD
✓ Mobile device with RSA SecurID Authenticate App
o IOS - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/rsa-securid-authenticate/id986524970
o Android - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rsa.via&hl=en
✓ CORP ID with details such as LBP Email Account
Step 1. LOGIN TO THE LBP RSA PORTAL

i. On your workstation’s browser type the following address:
https://landbank.auth-anz.securid.com/mypage/#/login
ii. Enter your LBP email address as your username
*For users with no official LBPMail account, please use the following as you ID:
<CORP ID> + MAIL.LANDBANK.COM ex. Z123@mail.landbank.com
iii. On the next page, key in your network login (CORP) password
If you need to request for the resetting/lifting of your CORP Password for any of the following reasons, please contact ITSO at
ITSO@mail.landbank.com :
- The password you are trying does not work or you encounter an error such as "authentication error"
- Forgot password
- Do not know the password or have never used the password
- Expired password
Please refer to the Read me First Document item B. PRIOR TO INSTALLATION

iv. Click Continue on the next page
v. Upon successful login, you will be redirected to your dashboard

Click Get Started
vi. If you have already installed the app stated in the beginning of this
document click Next
*If not, please install the RSA SecurID Authenticate app first to before going with the next step.

vii. You will then be asked to scan the QR code using the RSA app.

STEP 2. CONNECTING YOUR LBP-RSA ACCOUNT TO YOUR RSA MOBILE APP
i. On your phone, open the RSA Authenticate app and press the My Account
Icon
ii. Select + Add Account
iii. Press the SCAN QR Code button
(the app may request for permission to use your camera, select Allow)
iv. Scan the QR Code on your workstation using your phone
*refer to the QR code image on the previous page
STEP 3. VERIFICATION AND TEST AUTHENTICATION
i. After successful registration, a prompt to test your mobile token will appear
on your dashboard (PC/Workstation).
Click Test Now
Another prompt will appear:
*check your mobile app for the next step

ii. On your phone, confirm the sign-in verification
iii. On your workstation, the website will be redirected to your dashboard which
will now show your mobile device as a Registered Authenticator.
Verify all the details (Device Name, Device Model, and OS Version)
iv. Capture this screen and send this to LAN@mail.landbank.com or thru the
Workplace Group VPN Request Validation as proof of successful installation.

v. On the RSA App on your phone, press home and the soft token code should
appear by now
These numbers will be the secondary authentication code needed to

access your LBP VPN account thru the https://secureaccess.lbp-vpn.com
