Dear Sirs,
Following your request for quotation for the a/m reference, please find attached our best
offer with the below listed conditions:
1. Material description
Quoted material is in accordance with your RFQ (see attached list of material) with the
following conditions:
- Material description:
- Axial and lateral metallic compensators manufactured with multilaminated bellows

in AISI 321, internal jackets in AISI 304 and connection by means of fixed flanges 15
mm thickness in AISI 304 drilled according to PN 10.
▪ Axial DN 400 L=160 mm
▪ Lateral DN 900 L=400 mm
2. Manufacturing /stock material
This offer is based on the current quantities provided for quotation. This affects what it is
considered manufacturing material, based on the minimum mill quantity.
In case of variation of quantities, criteria for manufacturing / stock may change and therefore our
quotation. In that case, we reserve to adjust our prices.

In case stock material is needed, this will be provided according the applicable standard with no
further specs. Any additional test can be performed, if it is requested, upon stock holder
availability or lab retest. In this case, this will be invoiced separately at price cost.
This quotation is based on prestigious worldwide suppliers/manufacturers based on quality, price,

delivery time and competitiveness, duly selected and approved by the Quality Assurance of Grupo
Cuñado, in strict conformity with Cunado Group ISO 9001(2015), ISO 14001(2015) and ISO 45001
(2018) certification by LLOYD' S REGISTER.
3. Documental requirements
All items will be delivered with Mill's test certificate according to EN 10204 3.1.
All results to be included inside the 3.1 MTC or as separate test report, at manufacturer
option.
It will not be supplied native formats. Only PDF.
In case of requirement in the PO to submit technical documents for revision and approval, a
document list will be submitted by Cuñado including all technical documents considered to be
submitted for approval: inspection and test plan (ITP), welding procedures (where applicable),….
Once approved, those technical documents will be submitted between 4-8 weeks after approved
list. They will be reviewed one time only, being necessary to receive all client comments at the
same time after revision 0.
It has been considered a standard timing reply of 2 working weeks maximum after each submission.
Any variation of that it allow us to adjust our delivery date.
It will not be included procedures from standard operations during manufacturing process
regularized by applicable ASTM or ASME codes.
In case of KOM, documentation will be submitted once has been carried out and the
documental list has been approved by the client.
If PIM is required, it will be notified and kept once required critical documentation for revision
were approved (as for example ITP, welding procedures, drawings…). Manufacturing planning will
be confirmed once carried out.
Manufacturing process will not start up to receive all required documents as approved.
Final Dossier Report will be supplied at the end of the Project in accordance with the approved
index and instructions confirmed during KOM (if not at supplier option, later changes will not be
accepted). It could be supplied by supplement or aggrupation of supplements as supplier options.
As far this kind of projects issues several take-offs with many sub-suppliers involved, there is no
chance to supply one FDR per shipment.
In any case, one copy of MTCs (EN 10204 3.1) will travel along the goods and other copy will
be delivered directly to your designed person by email once the inspector released the goods.
It will be managed and included in the final dossier only one authorization document type, to
be determined, as for example Inspection Release Certificate (IRC) or Release Note (RN) or Shipping
Authorization (SA).

4. Inspection
Neither tests nor inspections have been considered. If required, to be quoted separately.
Inspection activities will be done in accordance with the applicable / approved Inspection
Activity Plan.
All third party fees resulting from inspections are to your account. Client to inform us of
intended date of inspection in order to ensure that any inspection carried out on our behalf may
coincide with the client visit.
It is considered Cuñado standard format for Notification of inspection. Timing will be agreed
between parties during the Pre Inspection Meeting or Kick-Off Meeting upon Buyer, Inspector and
mill availability.
Our delivery time has been confirmed not considering any inspection points with influence on
the manufacturing progress. If anyone is required it would be considered as monitoring or confirmed
deliveries times would have to be adjust.
5. Marking
Material will be marked in accordance with standard information required in the applicable
manufacturing standard. Any additional marking to be analyzed and subject of extra cost.
Shipping marks (if required) would be printed on packing.
Color Coding is not included.
Details of any additional marking must be given to our project team as maximum 15 days after
the order awarding, as this is automated process in mill. Any delay in submitting this information
could generate extra marking costs to be back charged to client.
6. Surface protection
As per mill´s standard.
We cannot be responsible of any surface imperfections that should be highlighted after shot
blasting. No relevant extra cost for grinding eventual superficial imperfections could be back
charged us if “material to be shot blasted” was not specified in PO.
Any damage on coating once arriving at job site would not be under Cuñado responsibility
unless transport is part of Cuñado’s scope of work or the damage is clearly and irrefutably
attributable to the supplier.
7. Packing
Confirmed packing valid for seaworthy transportation.
8. Storage
Once material is finished, inspected and released, we can only grant 15 days storage free of
charge, due to lack of space in our yards. If not, this can jeopardize other running orders.
