LEARNING CONTINUITY PLAN

This Learning Continuity Plan is adapted from the LCP of the BSBA Program of the
Institute of Business and Public Affairs (IBPA).
BS in Business Administration (BSBA)
BSBA will have four major activities in the conduct of their OJT-P, namely: WS;
consultations; assignments, oral presentations and group discussions (AOGD); and, narrative
reports and reflections.
Webinar Series
The program will conduct two forms of WS categorically: from students and graduates-at-
work (GAW).
Students
Students are grouped to discuss their insights within their class. It is rated
presentation-discussion of relevant topics related to work-places or environment.
GAW
Graduates who are working in reputable entities will be the invited guests to speak
their duties and activities performed in their respective workplaces. Interview or
questioning will also serve as a follow-up for any job-related queries arising from the
students to the speakers.
AOGD
Assignments, oral presentation and group discussions are conducted as a form of quizzes and
periodic examinations.
Consultations
Any other pertinent matters and issues related to OJT-P are discussed between Coordinators
and the students through GCs.
In-house OJT-P Narrative Report
In lieu of in-house (IH) OJT-P exposures, students are provided with compilation of
reflections from previous IH experiences. With these reflections, students are required to
compose their own observations and analysis individually. This will provide current OJT-P
trainees an overview of the activities performed by trainees during their FTF-IH-OJT-Ps.
Off-campus (OC) OJT-P Narrative Report
In lieu of OC-OJT-P exposures, students are provided with compilation of reflections from
previous OC experiences. With these reflections, students are also required to compose their
