Effluent Treatment Scheme and Equipment List for Effluent Send to ETL-
CETP
Effluent generated from process, washing, boiler & cooling blow down is collected in collection tank.
Then it is sent to neutralization tank to neutralize. After neutralization & Coagulation, treated effluent
is sent to settling tank for further treatment. After settling tank, this effluent is filtered through filter
press and the press cake (Filter Mass-ETP Sludge) is transfer to ETP sludge storage yard. The filtrate
effluent is transfer to treated effluent tank. After that waste water will be discharge at ETL- CETP for
further process and disposal.
