including some bad things. These can
cause stress. So if you want to be less
stressed, try to calm yourself down and
meditate. If you don't want to
meditate, try resting and take a seat. HEALTHY
DIET

Eating healthy is a great way of


dealing with difficult times. Having
a good diet can make you more
energetic and makes you happier
all in a healthy way.
EXCERCISE

If you are looking to try


something new, try excercising. If
you already excercise, that great!
Just keep excercising. Excercising
does not only help you loose
weight, it also makes you more
energized and satisfied.
SLEEP

Sleeping is one of the best ways to


deal with hard times like these. If you
are tired or stressed, just go to sleep.
Nothing is more important that having
a healthy rest. If you want to try
sleeping healthier, try doing it at a
consistant rate at a consistant take.

ACTIVITIES

Trying new things is a good


way to cope with hardships.

this enviroment, you should try it. Doing
things you enjoy will make you more
