Web site redesign has blown out due to issues with the design and content and the need to increase SEO optimisation.

Student incentive scheme has proved to be extremely popular and there have been more incentive payments than expected.

Contingency amount was allocated but it was not sufficient to meet overrun.

The redesigning of the website has resulted in a cost blow out due to the issues related to content and the design of the website that was
initially needed. Hence there is a need for increasing the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) to ensure maximum customer inflow
towards the business website and they are able to get attracted to the customers. The compliance to the company policy has to be
ensured and there is a need for effective decision making for maintenance of the standards of the company and to reduce the variance
that has exceeded the accepted variable of 5%.
