(1). Lay out pollution pad (A). Loosing pads overboard due to wind (A). Lay down and verify padding is secure

(2). Move Tongs onto pollution (A). Struck by (A). Proper Cmmunication, Stay alert
pan (B). Loosing controll of crane load (B). Use tag lines

(3). Connect air into tongs (A). Hose blowing off (A). Check condition of air lines, use safety pins in connections

(4). Run tongs & lubricate (A). Smashed body parts (A). Keep hands, feet, or any part out of closing area of tongs
(B). Pollution (B). Using pads, change out if neccesary, pick up & dis-
pose of properly.

(5). Put tongs back in designated(A). Same as # 2 (A). Same as # 2
