EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 27_ REORGANIZING THE PROVINCIAL SCHOOL BOARD OF THE PROVINCE OF ISABELA. WHEREAS, Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, provides for the establishment of a Local School Board in every province, city and municipality, a School Board; WHEREAS, the expiration of designation as Executive Director of Ms. Elena A. Navas, Ph.D., PSB Representative for Public Schools and the sudden death of Dean Precilo L. Buslig, Ph.D., Saint Ferdinand College-Cabagan, Representative of Private Schools, both of Tertiary Level, have resulted in vacancies in the membership of Isabela Provincial School Board; WHEREAS, there is a need to reconstitute the Provincial School Board for the continuing effective implementation of the education and youth development programs and initiatives of the Department of Education and the Provincial Government; NOW THEREFORE, |, RODOLFO T.
