Profitability:

Thinking about the profit is the main thing for our business as we have to pay off
the debt and as well as the initial capital but after calculating the development and
overhead costs then start thinking of profit. We are following a premium pricing
model for our restaurant business, so we can’t think of a huge number of customers in
the initial stage but in the growth stage we can ensure that we can be able to grab a
high level of potential customers by then our first and foremost goal is to create a
sustainable position in the market by ensuring high quality food product according to
specific diet.

Projected sales:

Estimate daily, monthly and yearly sales for ‘Healthy Haven’: Assuming that our
average menu order = 400 Taka/customer.

Markup Profit/menu order = (Average ordering profit- production cost)-Tax

(15%) = (400-240)-36 = 124/sale

Note: As our revenue is 400 Taka per menu order on average, so after deducting
240 Taka production cost and 15% tax which is 36 Taka, we will be able to get
markup profit of Taka 124 per product sale.
