Detailed Project Proposal

I. PROJECT TITLE:

Entrepreneurship skills and Livelihood Trainings in Building 7, Tondo,Manila:


Nutritional Budgetary Friendly - Yumcheriastic

Yumcheriastic is a short term for Yummy, Teacher and Fantastic. The trainees will
serve delicious food with remarkable and great taste in terms of nutritional value and
budget friendly. At the same time, they will educate the children in simple and
remarkable ways of livelihood programs.

II. PROPONENT:

The Advocators that will serve as the instrument in making their project possible
are the First-year students of Bachelor of Science in Graphics Technology Major in
Mechanical Drafting Technology (CAFA), block 1-A, 1-B & 1-C:

They will propose a program that mainly help the people in the community to
establish a healthy and essential guidance with provisionary of nutritional food and
educational program for livelihood within the partnership of Line 3 (Health Related:
Feeding Program) and Line 4 (Educational Program).
III. DURATION:

The proposed program will be implemented at 2 Sundays starting on 18th day and
th
25 day of April of the year 2020.

IV. VENUE:

The target place for the implementation of the program will be held at Building 7
of Paradise Heights, Barangay 128, Zone 10, District 1, Balut, Tondo, Manila

V. CO-SPONSOR:

This program will be executed by the trainees with the help of Technological
University of the Philippines – Manila and partnership within the Line 3 (Feeding
Program).and Line 4 (Educational Program).

VI. TARGET GROUP:

The community residing at Building 7 of Paradise Heights, Barangay 128, Zone 10,
District 1, Balut, Tondo, Manila most importantly the children between 3-12 years old.

VII. JUSTIFICATION:

Through this project:

 It alleviates the health and developmental consequences of childhood malnutrition.


 It enhances the knowledge and skills of the trainees, in a way that it trains them to
establish a good communication and proper socializing within the people in the
community.
 The children will be educated from simple things they may contribute to their
families when it comes to financial aspects.
 The community will be encouraged to start a small business with inexpensive capital
amount that can help on their everyday life.

VIII. OBJECTIVES:

 To help the Line 3 (Feeding Program) by giving 10% of the sales, to provide the other
necessities for the activities that they plan to do so.
 To give encouragement to the community by giving them an idea on starting a small
business with inexpensive capital amount.
 To enhance the leadership skills and practice the entrepreneur capabilities of the
trainees while implementing and executing the program.
 To educate the children on the community by helping their parents in simple ways
that leads on additional extra income for their everyday life within the partnership of
Line 4 (Educational Program).
 To establish a healthy and essential guidance with provisionary of nutritional food
within the partnership of Line 3 (Feeding Program)

IX. DESCRIPTION:

Manila is the capital of the Philippines where it’s a densely populated bayside city
of Luzon. Tondo is one of the populated community in Manila where people doing their
best to earn money for them to sustain their needs. Due to lack of knowledge they can`t
apply for a better job that can make their life better, that’s why other families
experiencing lack of finances. We would like to conduct a project to help them to
sustain the needs of the families in the community in a way of educating them and
helping them through simple ways.

Our main project is to teach them how to start a small business as an


Entrepreneur, we would like to tackle about business that would give them knowledge
on how to start it. We will conduct an activity for the children on how they can help
their parents on their business. In the other hand, we will help the Line 3 (Feeding
Program) wherein we will prepare a food for the children that present in our activity.
