The name of the restaurant we ate at was Max’s Restaurant and its location is within SM Fairview.

The type of max restaurants are chain restaurants so he is with chain restaurants because he has
similarities with others like classic savory.

Max's Restaurant's beginnings started in 1945, after World War II. Maximo Gimenez, a Stanford -
educated teacher, befriended the American occupation troops stationed at Quezon City. Because of this
friendship, the soldiers regularly visited Maximo's nearby home for a drink or two. Later on, the troops
insisted that they pay for their drinks. This prompted Maximo to open a cafe, where the troops could
enjoy food and drinks.

The food we ordered at max restaurants was chicken, kare kare, pancit and shanghai. The chicken at
Max Restaurant is delicious because their chicken is juicy and delicious even without adding any sauce
because their chicken skin is crunchy so their kare – kare is really delicious I didn't taste it too much
because I didn't like the taste of it but it was with me will be delicious so for me it's right that the kare
kare at max is the pancit they also taste like it's just janet's pancit and the shanghai they don't like is just
like Jollibee but they are all delicious.

My review in general there we were happy because we were all there and the food was delicious so we
ate well and the people who took care of us from start to finish were kind they were always smiling so
we were happy because in another restaurant the people there didn't smile so when we were at max
restaurant we were satisfied and finished the food we chose because the food was delicious.
