TO: Mr. Jace Beleren

President
Schultz Corporation

THRU: Ms. Jacinta C. Ibarra

Human Resource Manager

Mr. President,

This is Liliana Vess, an employee of Schultz Corporation a staff of the Marketing Department and working with
Mr. Will Kenrith, the supervisor.

I took this liberty to write you a letter to make a complaint in his behavior which I find very unprofessional. He
endlessly makes outrageous sexual comments and innuendos which are directed to me. Specifically making
unsolicited compliments as it refers to my legs and sometimes does it with lip bite.

He may almost look like a Hollywood actor but it does not permit him to do so.

He is even connoting overtones about the sexual orientation of Mr. Nicol Bolas, a co-employee, noting that the
absence of his sexual or romantic relationship suggests that either he is a male homosexual or an actual female
posing as a male or hermaphrodite.

Mr. Kenrith has also made hints and gossips on another employee, that he is either impotent or is not good in bed.
This is an outright bullying from an employee of higher position.

In order for us to avoid receiving this attention from Mr. Kenrith, my co-workers and I hurry to finish our work if
it needs to be done in his presence. And again, he would comment that we might be rushing to go home and have
sex with our partners. Certainly, this shouldn’t be the lines you expect from a professional. Our work demands
outstanding output, he, as the supervisor oversees it. He has the duty to comment on our work but not the duty to
interfere with the way we run our personal lives or for it to comment on.

Thus, I would like to ask your intervention and response with these concerns as it is a disturbing issue regarding
sexual harassment and bullying within the employees of the company.

Very truly yours,

Liliana Vess
