QUESTION 1- Please tell me about yourself and your education background in brief.

 I am Dipannita Hore. I am an optimistic person. I love to take challenges and meet them. I also love
to maintain time properly. I believe it’s one of my strengths. Also if I have I tell more about me then I
would say that I have good communication skill and i also have much patience to deal with any
situation. Now about my educational background currently pursuing my BBA from United
International University and this is my last trimester. My major in BBA is Human Resource
Management and my current CGPA is 3.66. Earlier I finished my SSC from Monipur High School with
GPA 5.00 and HSC from Dhaka City College with GPA 5.00.

QUESTION 2- Do you have any work experience, or have completed any internship?

 I don’t have any work experience yet. And I haven’t completed any internship yet. This is going to be
my first one hopefully.

QUESTION 3- What skills in your opinion are important for the position you applied for? What makes
you a good fit?

 As I have applied for social media marketing manager post so I believe that few skills are required
for this. As here I have to handle the clients virtually or do the other staffs virtually hence I must be
able to know all the technological factors. Also I should have time management skill as it’s an
international organization hence time might not be same every time. And I will have to make time
for that. Also I think that I need to have better communication skill as I will have to communicate
with many international clients too. And English proficiency is another important skill for the job.
If I have to say what makes me a good fit for this job then I would say that I believe I have all the
necessary skills which are required for this job. I believe I would be able to communicate well with
the clients and also I can maintain the time. I also know the technological factors which are
required for this post.

QUESTION 4- Are you an organized person? How do you manage your time to be efficient?
 Yes I am an organized person. I manage my time quite efficiently. Because I try my best to meet
deadline. I always try to complete every work of mine in an organized way. Also I try to finish them
on time. As I already mentioned that I am a punctual person so I try my level best to finish all my
work on time. Not only finishing the work on time is my priority but also doing them very efficiently
is another important criteria for me. To maintain this I take proper time for that specific task. And I
make sure that I do it properly and in the correct manner. I try my level best to it efficiently.

QUESTION 5- How do you think this internship would be relevant with your profile?

 I think that this will help me to make my profile even better. I need experience and I believe that I
will get giant amount of experience from this internship. This will help me to know many new things
also this is going to help me to get even better job in future. This internship would be relevant with
my profile because I want to explore new things. As I mentioned in my profile that I am willing to
take responsibilities and also love to fulfil them. I believe that this job will provide me that
opportunity. I will get to take new responsibilities through this internship and will also be able to get
new experience which will be beneficial for me I believe.

QUESTION 6- It is believed that in the near future, human beings will be replaced by technology. Please
share your views. (Please elaborate in 5-6 lines)

 It is possible that human beings might get replaced by technology. Because we all can see that
nowadays almost all our works are being done by the help of technology. If there were no
technology then it would have been very difficult to lead such an easy life. I think that technology
has made our lives easier. In near future if the technology replaces human beings then maybe our
world will be completely different. I think that we should still try that such a thing does not take
place because existence of human being is also very important.

QUESTION 7-Why did you choose GAO Tek?

 I have chosen GAO tek because I think that they are quite prominent. Also its an international
organization which will help me to learn a lot of new things. From GAO tek I would be able to meet
with many international people. This will enhance many of my skills such as communication skill,
time management skill etc. I believe that I would be able to get all these by working with GAO tek.
Also as I have read a little bit about GAO tek from Google I really liked them. And being able to be a
part of GAO tek would mean a lot to me. I am really willing and as well as excited to work with GAO
tek.
