Good morning students, teachers, parents, and guardians.

Today we celebrate language and library week with the theme

"Language a passport to the world." How important is language?
Language is a means of communication that we use to connect with
people and bond with them. When we can connect with people, we can
share information and knowledge. The knowledge that will help us in
our journey in life. The experience that will help us grow.

It is vital that we improve our English language and not take the
language we use for granted. Every day in school, you have chances to
improve your English- through reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
I challenge you to take your English learning and maximize language
outside school.

Let us appreciate the advantages and benefits it has given us. Today
with this celebration, try remembering a moment where language
became the bridge that helps you connect to people when some of our
loved ones are away from us, our friends and family distance apart. Let
language be the skill to close that gap because as long as we
communicate with one another and can relay our emotions, no one is
ever one.

Through language, let us spread the love, the good vibes, kindness,
compassion, and continue being a blessing to everyone we meet, be it
physically or virtually. Let us use language, our voices-- to help our
fellow Filipinos affected by the recent typhoons. It is your responsibility
to make sure that your learning goes beyond your school books and
homework. It should be an application to life and a lifelong process. The
opportunities are there for you, so make sure you take them.

Thank you, and Once again, good morning!
