THIS IS TO REPORT that, in compliance with the instructions received from our principal, VISSAI NINH
BINH JOINT STOCK COMPANY, we attended at HON GAI PORT, VIETNAM with the purpose of carrying
out survey of quantity and weight of the above mentioned commodity. At time of our intervention, the cargo
was being loaded onto the vessel at HON GAI PORT, VIETNAM. We hereby report our findings as follows:
PACKING: The cargo was packed in @ 42.5 kg PK bags then packed in @ 1.9125 MT sling bag, each
sling bag included 45 PK bags (as declaration).
MARKING: As per below photos, which were randomly checked during loading cargo on board.

WEIGHT BY DRAFT SURVEY: Before and upon completion of loading, jointly with the Master and/or Chief
Officer appointed by him we read the vessel’s draft marks and sounded the tanks containing the variable
liquids; then used calibration tables supplied by the ship’s staff to calculate the quantity loaded on board the
vessel as follows:
43,998 MT
(Forty three thousand nine hundred and ninety eight metric tons only)

This certificate was issued to cover a lot consisting of 13,189.5523 MT declared by the shipper under B/L
No. 2 dated 11TH Feb, 2021 - being a part of total quantity of 43,998 MT was loaded on the vessel “MV
STAR EOS”.

QUANTITY AND WEIGHT CALCULATION: Assessed by counting number of sling bags during loading
onto the vessel at HON GAI PORT, VIETNAM. The weight of the shipment was calculated as follows:

Survey was carried out at HON GAI PORT, VIETNAM from 05 to 11 February 2021.

All drafts, densities, as well as fresh water, ballast, bilge and fuel oil soundings were ascertained in conjunction
with the vessel's Officers. All calculations are based upon the vessel's hydrostatic tables and the vessel's
calibrated tank sounding tables, as provided to the draft Surveyors.
This survey was conducted by using the internationally accepted method of determining vessel's displacement
by draft survey. This certificate is not a certificate of seaworthiness and only applies to the cargo loaded at this
date, time, and place with the master being responsible for the stability and seaworthiness of his vessel at all
times.
