THIS IS TO REPORT that in compliance with the instructions received from our principal, we attended at
HON GAI PORT, VIETNAM with the purpose of carrying out survey of quantity of the above mentioned
commodity. At time of our intervention, the cargo was being loaded onto the vessel at HON GAI PORT,
VIETNAM. We hereby report our findings as follows:
PACKING: The cargo was packed in 42.5 kg PP bags then packed in 1,912.5 kg sling bags (as declared)
MARKING: As per below photos, which were randomly checked during loading cargo on board.
