imaGIS as it says “I am a Geographical Information System”

was started in the year 1996 by three young and dynamic friends to cater to the ever
increasing demand of reliable and accurate data. The development of any country is
gauged from the accuracy and depth of data available with that country. Hence, we at
imaGIS are focused on collecting and presenting the ground data to the best possible
form and transforming it to design which will ease the life of common man. imaGIS was

basically conceived to collect accurate site data and provide a qualitative solution for all
the infrastructure design projects.
imaGIS is a complete technical consultancy provider in the fields of “Remote Sensing,
GIS, Highways, Water Resources and Seismic studies”. In India imaGIS has
worked in all the corners of India starting from Jammu and Kashmir to Kerala and from
Gujarat to Arunachal Pradesh. Globally imaGIS has set its footprints in Bangladesh,
Dubai, Indonesia, Nigeria and Srilanka.
Our areas of expertise includes Engineering design for Highways, Water transfer and
area drainage studies, Site specific Seismic studies, Transmission Line and Conveyer Belt
Projects and Mining mapping studies.

solution for Highways (NSV) and Smart City asset mapping solution in addition to
existing DGPS, Total Station, Pipe Locator and Bathymetric equipments.

 Work with the latest millimeter accuracy Satellite based Differential Global
Positioning Systems, and Total Station Theodolite.

With this state of the art digital technology, we did impossible tasks in record time.
Like
 In April 2006, we successfully completed the prestigious project of mapping
of High Flood level of the Ulhas river in Thane District in a record time of
sixty days. This river, was responsible for the flood mayhem of 26 July 2005
in Mumbai. The work was completed using a perfect combination of high
resolution Quickbird and Cartosat satellite data, the DGPS and total station
technology, for which we got the “CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE” from
the prestigious Maharashtra Engineering Research Institute, Nasik.
 Recently, we completed the prestigious project of Interlinking of river viz.
linking the Godawari river from Janampeta in Telangana to Nagarjun Sagar
dam in Andhrapradesh via 267km long lift + gravity based piped conveyer
system. The link involved initial lift via 63 km long tunnel and balance gravity
link of 204 km long consisting of 16 rows of 5.0m dia MS gravity pipes with a
projected outlay of 70 billion USD.
 Prepared Integrated Master Plan of six river basins in Maharashtra having an
area of more than 20000 sqkm.
