What Is Congratulation Letter?

Congratulation letter is used for praising a person on his/her success. Such a letter makes the
person proud on his/her achievement. The letter should full of happiness and enthusiasm.
And the letter is used for events, such as birthday, weeding, getting new job, graduation,
winning a reward and so on. This letter can be formal or informal, it depends on circumstance

Format of the Letter:

 Mention the reason to congratulate a person’s achievement at the beginning of the

letter by using the word “congratulation”.
 Praise a person’s success in the body of the letter. You should tell how happy, pleased
or impressed you are, and talk about some qualities that helped a person to achieve
his/her goals.
 End the letter with the best wishes for his/her success in the future.
