Just to make sure that your ACOP VC will successfully push through, we're sending

you the following images to guide you in what to do at the time of your
appointment:

1. Click on the link in the confirmation email as shown here:

2. You will then have to Join as Guest in the next screen
3. You can input your name and click on Join as Guest
4. Upon clicking "Join as Guest", you will see this screen and wait to be
admitted to the Microsoft (MS) Teams "Meeting Room"

When our agent joins the meeting at the time of your appointment, then you will
be let in to the meeting and the video conference can now begin.
