    GUIDELINE FOR JOINING THE BHARAT VC

    You are all requested to go through the steps given below for joining the VC session:

    Steps to follow

    (i) Click on the link provided in the email below & type the password to join session.

    (ii) If you are a first time user, you may be asked to install an extension / plug-in. Click on
    “Install”.

    (iii) Once completed, you shall be able to join.

    (iv) You will be asked to enter your name before joining the conference. After entering
    your name (Please provide Actual Name & Designation only), click on Join. You may see
    some pop ups asking for permission to use your web cam and microphone. Click on Allow.

    (v) If you are not a first time user, you should be able to join the meeting as soon as you
    click on the link & type the meeting password.

    (vi) In case of any issue during the meeting, please contact: Sandip Paul, TD, 5170(IP)

    (vii) All may kindly test your devices before hand, in order to avoid last minute issues half an
    hour before the start of the VC.
